My Expertise
At Sanas Nutrition & Therapy, I bring my years of experience as a registered dietitian/nutritionist and national certified counselor to support individuals and families navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns and more. I also support and affirm Neurodivergent brains & the LGBTQIA+ community.
My Services
I am a neurodivergent clinician whose mission is to offer nutrition & mental health coaching services for clients, parents, and family members experiencing or impacted by eating disorders, disordered eating, & neurodivergence. I also offer expertise to clients experiencing health conditions and/or difficulty navigating the world because of their identity (aka Autistic, ADHDers, queer, & non-binary folks).
My Approach
I offer a variety of evidence-based coaching services that align with a neuro-affirming practice. Other therapeutic frameworks that influence my approach include Neuro-Affective Relational Model (NARM), Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), and the Health at Every Size (HAES) framework. I feel strongly about utilizing a strengths-based approach, with advocacy and social justice being at the heart of my work with clients.
